I think I could include at least Thrall surfing somewhere. Like controlling the surface of the water after the cataclysm to race to the maelstrom. You of course get the buff as well.

 

TL;DR, but I bet whatever you did there is material for an SP RPG or coop like Diablo, not an MMO

 

I am worried a tad about that aye. I was thinking about shifting the balance after the first 5 levels. So the tutorial is mostly single-player until the minor quests, where the open world element becomes much more apparent.

 

On the other hand, multi-player open world questing is usually really annoying anyway. People in MMO's usually seek one-another in cities, dungeons and PvP areas. So making the questing more single-player central will likely not affect much (and stop the annoyance of having to wait in line to use a certain item on a certain mob for a certain quest on launch day.). Of course, this does not go for the entirety of the world, just the parts that this way will get epic enough so that no one really minds.

Differences between English and Hungarian EU texts. Mistranslations, different pragmatic purpose, etc. It's fun and I've got most of it done, it's just that right now it's "chatty", as in I am bad for trying to make it readable without boring the readers. My supervisor is knowledgable and I like her, but I think she has something else in mind for a relatively fun-to-read text than what I do.

English. I BA is English studies so everything's in English.
