Here's the deal. I mostly play team games in SC2 with skype and stuff so alt+tabbing is quite important. However, I tried the x4 AA and AF settings in my GPU control centre and SC2 looks ****ing amazing with it. But these settings only produce smooth gameplay with fullscreen setting, while alt+tabbing is easy only with windowed (full screen) settings.

    What do?

Don't add people to the Skype call until your game is over? I do the same thing, and I almost never alt+tab...

We often have breaks in between games where alt+tabbing is very convenient. Then there's the odd occasion of disconnection/reconnection of my modem and surprisingly enough SC2 can immediately rejoin and I'm not dropped from the game but skype can't restore the call and keeps ringing and it's annoying  but a quick alt+tab end call fixes it. And all my friends use Skype so it's not really an option to switch to anything else.

I think the fundamental problem is that my OP rig takes about 20 seconds to alt+tab in full screen :spinny:

Mine is the same way. It doesn't help that I run two screens, then put one in full screen and constrain the cursor to it. My graphics card whimpers every time I hit alt, praying I don't hit tab too...

I was watching Gremlins last night. It turns out that TMNT helped people deal with them. Then I watched a TMNT cartoon. First there were eight of them (2 of each, not that unsual considering all the time-traveling they do). Later it was just the regular four with Splinter, chilling out in the sewers and generally bored. Leo picked up some stick and attacked the rat. That's how their ninja training began. Later they were also training with old Raph from the future (based on the one from MNT Gaiden webcomic).

Better yet, there was some game, show, whatever the hell it was. They had "nice hats" and were fighting robot Shredder. Did I say hats? Leo had a crossbow on his head, Mike had machine gun and Raph a rocket launcher that fired at double digits per second. Robot Shredder had an even faster shooting rocke launcher on his. Apparently this is what Warcraft 3: the Frozen Throne is about.

Then I woke up and went back to sleep again. Me and couple other people had a magic duel with Death. Almost wiped us, but we won. Damn nerf on freezing effects.

next time, do a hell run before you face death. Lesser devils drop some nice resist death effect armor.

There is no resist to death
Our problem was not using Life element magic. AT ALL.
