Just finished Penumbra: Overture and now I want more. Even though I went rambo in some places and abused high ledges against wolves :\ they should kill instantly to promote stealth combat.

 

Talk about stealth combat... I barely managed to stay hidden from something white and humanoid carrying a lantern and making sick sounds... this game is seriously effed up and I feel like a baby. Now playing Black Plague on hard with no clues, only notes.

 

I don't know the game, but it sure looks freaky

 

OK what the hell? Haven't seen those yet I don't think... I mean I only saw the top of the head of the aforementioned creature so it could've been this...

I love this game%!

 

Nah what I saw was an infected staff member... wielding a crowbar and myself being unarmed, it really is intimidating to hear its growls and footsteps. I printscreened it but apparently it doesn't show up... paranormal beings I say! Also the fact that I'm infected as well and my split personality sometimes yells to these zombies to find me doesn't help much.

 

Penumbra is the scariest game I have ever played in my entire life.

It's fantastic.

 

okay, my (And aurora's) country is fraggin insane. We have a premier, from a protestant party, who tells coarse jokes on diplomatic visits. The joke was coarse enough that I can't tell it on this forum.

So I decided on a whim to get the hard liberty completionist achievement to make it... well, complete. So I do Supernova which I missed, then on to All in. When I finished the campaign the first time, on normal difficulty, I took on worms so this time I chose to destroy them (a very cool mission btw). So on to All in, and... what's this? Masses of zerglings and roaches? WHAT?! I'm just past my 4th attempt and it's just insane. Firstly, why the hell are there masses of ground units charging in? I could understand seeing a few stray dogs but this? There is just no way I can counter both air and ground with so many entrances.

 

But there's not even nearly as much as without them?
