They were one of my fav weapons on the first diablo game =D
and look at that, it's so beautiful i just wanna hug it...and then beat someone to death with it >D

A morning star is not a type of flail, it's a type of mace. Morning stars have no chain, just the spiky headpiece on the handle or shaft. The flail on the other hand has the same spiky head piece, but it's attached to a chain which is attached to the handle. The posted picture was a flail.

 

flails and maces have the same roots as weapons. true, they branched off, but they come from the same bearings.
Don'tcho tell me bout them, i played Diablo when i was 8 years old! I know what i'm talking about!

Maces and flails aren't actually classified as the same type of weapon, despite them being similar. Maces aren't flails and flails aren't maces. They're two separate groups, like swords and axes. Sorry to break it to you kuraikozo, but Diablo got it wrong.

 

Meh Wth! Double Claymore!

 

Double claymore? You mean a claymore in each hand? Or a claymore with another claymore coming out the handle?

 

claymore on each hand, dual-sided claymore is kinda starwars'ish

 

Yeah, the only problem is that unless you're a Witcher, Silver-eyed witch or some other kind of superhuman it's not doable

 

if youre REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAALY strong....

 

I guess you could technically use them, but you'd be more efficient with one anyway
