Spam Land

Not compared to the old spam land. We were posting crappy posts like hell to reach the 10.000th post first. I almost had it, but it suddenly was ijffdrie, then someone else again. It turned out that our beloved mods were h4xing the topic. Good times. To bad sc2forums deleted all of it when we went to vb format.

i sanyone else very annoyed at the actor they used for peter parker in the spiderman movies?
The guys who plays stark looks a lot like the comic stark as do fury, the x-men, doctor octopus

I am also annoyed at his writing, in the comics spiderman is the guy who tries to stay cool by making jokes, in the movie he is just making scared remarks all the time, or sounding way too confident. The guy acting is also awfull

 

Im upset with Empire total war and Steam mostly steam cause i cant play the game without steam but steam gives me a virus

It actually took me effort not to capitalise that i :laugh:

 

Why is that a rule anyway? It's lame and german like. (They even capitalize their shoes and all other objects.)

 

Because back when it wasn't capitalised it could be misread as part of either the preceding or the following word due to u, w, v, and some other letters consisting of 2 strokes that were only different from i for their lack of a dot.

Anyway, I'm from Holland, so I really didn't know this. It was just a grammar rule, nobody took the effort to explain. -they probably had no idea either, lame teachers at my shool-

This isn't something important though so I can udnerstand teachers not wanting to mention it/forgetting it shortly after hearing about it. I knew it because I'm a language pervert and I took up a seminar and a lecture dealing with nothing but the history of English, neither of which are in my curriculum

 

My point is that the teacher who learned us the grammar basics sucked and never explained anything. We had to learn everything from our books since the teacher was away all the time. -He got suspended by the way.-

 

I once capilitazied the "A" becuse it was just like the "I"
