That's nothing. I've gone for days without brushing and about a week without showering. One day won't kill ya.

Yeah, same. I'm, like, a once a day person, tops. And I bite my nails/fingers, which's supposed to be just as bad as not brushing. I do go to a private dentist, but every checkup's just the same 'your teeth are fine' type thing. I did need a filling once though, on a baby tooth, but that was back when I brushed more frequently so.... yeah.

I hardly get the point of brushing. Apes don't brush, they get along alright, as do dogs, cats, and every other animal that's not a human. Have we seriously evolved to the stage where we've weakened ourselves to such an extent that it's now a necessity for us to keep trying to improve our health because it's degraded so much that it's a health hazard if we don't?

Itza, I'm not that kind of a person and I take grooming seriously, so this morning was quite a harsh start for a day. Not to worry though, I won't be living in this ****hole for long

And how often do you eat sugar coated cookies dipped in sugar and wash it down with sugary acid? Why not just drink water instead of sugary acid? It'll wash your mouth out and doesn't contain sugar.
