    No, I only used radial blur. Thanks for reminding me of it. It can make a really cool effects.

    Yes, radial blur, sharpen, lighten, on a applied layer. That's the method. lol

    I didn't use sharpen and lighten. I did it the other way.

    Just hiding the votes should be fine. I don't really see the problem here...
    That the vote is still going on doesn't mean that the next round cannot be announced.

    At least 3-4 days. Less than that is too little.

    Sometimes there are very little submissions, so that is not possible. But when we get more members which will participate in the competition (at least 10-15 submissions every month) that could be implemented.
