Shop Announcement: Reclaim Your Pets!

i've just realised the shop has returned....
i guess its too late to get my stuff back now...

 

I still don't have all my items which are worth a couple of thousands, but I'm not throwing a tantrum. Lots of items aren't even in the shops (can anyone see 1st edition pets?) yet, so it's physically impossible for mods to give them out, so there's no point in pressuring them. Pressure Jon, it's all his fault

 

Vasz, you have three collect items now, that aren't in the shop.

 

Kurai PM me exactly what he is missing. I lost your original message somewhere.

Lazy mods... LOL

 

The black book is the only thing I am missing.

 

im missing Jim Raynor Doll and Teddy Bear.

I never got my army of probes back and they were expensive and their worth to me exceedes what I paid for them

 

i haven't recieved 1third of my items, my precious limited colector probe that i wouldn't sell for anything...

I never got any of my pets/items back.
I wasn't around during the time we could reclaim them, they were woth thousands of minerals... I'm having trouble finding the time to post here, and without my pets it really sucks posting here, it's a constant reminder to better times...

*goes to the corner of the room and starts crying*

 

As I said it would just be a better idea to start from scratch.
Just give everyone an ammount of minerals based on their post count and then have us earn from there.

Elimintaes all these problems of people not recieving stuff back as well as some bugs that occured earlier giving some people large ammounts of money for no reason. It would also allow us to transition since this shop software is not the old shop software and trying to treat them as the same thing leads to problems

do you really expect to force us to do more work and take them all back, then have me or the other mods distribute all the other minerals -again?-

 

Actually I had been suggesting that BEFORE we had the problems of people not getting stuff back. You can't blame me for lack of foresight or the loss of records. I suspect though it's SC2Forum's fault for not filling in Jon before disappearing.

 

You can;t just go around blaming people.
That's immaturity, even if it would have helped for all the records to be there. Most the problems are because moderators, me included, passed out the wrong things or not enough or too many.

Also, that would have brought more problems with members, anyway. For some people wouldn't have gotten their pets back, and then many members would be upset. Right now people have their items, save their collectible ones. and the ones who don't had their chance or the situation is being fixed up.

 

Actuality the loss of records is mostly my fault. I was responsible for making the lists and I was responsible for backing up the data. It was corrupted.

 

Can I still contact some mod to get my stuff back anyway? I'm an honest person and I still remember (most of) the stuff I used to have in my inventory. It shouldn't be to hard to make a list or something if you need one. I just really would like to see this fixed.

My whole account got deleted for some reason during the transition. (I thought it had something to do with the ® in my username) Can that be the reason my stuff is still gone?

 

hmm Jon did u get my message abt my pets? Not to sound rude but i just want to check...

 

He's been away for quite a while to cover the BlizzCon stuff and he's probably really busy at the moment. I'm still waiting for a response too. I just bought me a first edition twilight archon to ease my suffering...

 

Will there ever be any non SC2 pets to buy like in the past? (ie stuff like trees, ducks, cups etc?)

 

The admin is still gone, so I guess we won't.
