It already leaps and glides over other Zerglings using its wings. But why sould it be able to leap over buildings? Colossi are huge monstrosities, it's only logical for them to step over buildings but small Zerglings should not.

    it does?

I didnt notice that, well it has wings and its fast, basically gets enough speed running, than jumps flaps its wings a little and its on top of the building from there its down hill.

Like i said, the zergling is the most zergish unit, so it should be the ultimate swarming unit, this will take it a step closer to that :)

Zerglings are the zerg mascot, everyone that has ever played zerg has used them. I love to build masses of them to swarm the enemy.

However, I prefer a new strategy I'm using with a defiler/lurker combination; with limited success I might add. Hydras help for GTA support, but protoss destroy my new strategy way too easily.

Damn psi storm! Curse you high templars!

You might want to consider queens with Broodling for those pesky HT's or just try to kill them with zerglins/lurkers fast.

Hard to kill them with lurkers w]since they have a larger range. Queens would work, but they are vulnerable to attack when on offencive since my dark swarm won't protect them. My micro/macro is pretty bad, so I'm trying to be sure to be very good with just the 3 units curently before I try to add more different units into the mix.

But I'll try that, the queens are fast and I might be able to move them in on the HT before my units would be in range.

strat is, you attack with the zerglings, they act as meatshield, and than you move the lurkers close to the HT's so you can attack them with the first set of spikes and kill them. Throw in a dark swarm to protect them from dragoons.

Also if you're using queens they might work well with Dark Swarm, since units usually want to get out of the swarm you can ensnare them to get more free hits while they run.

if you give zergling wings and since they already have the crack upgrade , you will make them own all air units in game =/.

Only in large groups consisting of 20 or more. Zerglings in small groups are easy targets for most units, even if upgraded to cracklings.
