    Clickable heart, yes yes yes and more yes. Prolly fairly easy, have shortcut with the icon link an 90% transparent png, greyish.

    Eyes... Ehhhh. If you could randomize the blinking somehow, I'd say go for it. Course, it's your project.

    If by "randomize" you mean "pick random times of the day" then yes.
