Scariest game EVER

Yeah, some kind of zombie. You can see it on a building in the horizon first... Then it disappears and re-appears right in front of you... Scary.

 

I tried. Man I hate scary games. I went to the attic and found the key in the bloody sink. I quit when I went into the basement and strange voices began to play through the music, it became too much for me.

What can I say, im a coward. At least I tried.

 

I might be considered a coward too. I played with a friend.

 

Lol, i went over to my friends house and played the new F.E.A.R. (cuz he gotz that game)
and leik..... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH thats scary........

especially the little girl... she jumps at you alot... and theres alot of overalll death

 

I heard the Girl does not hurt you, she only appears, but you mission is to escape since the dark paranormal force that you are supposed to fight it too great to be destroyed. Is that truee? Thats what I heard about it lol

Fear's not really that scary... this game? Pretty scary and cool storyline.. too bad I accidentaly closed the window the game was on in the midst of the game lol so I'll have to start over again tonight

 

I agree, Dead Space is the scariest game I've ever played.

Resident Evil looks like a funhouse compared to it.

 

Just checked out a few gameplays on youtube and it looks too action packed for me. There is this kind of scary game (like Doom 3) and then there is the one with much less action and more suspension, like Penumbra, which gets 1st prize in my book. If my machine didn't hang up from all the physics calculations I would've completed it by now and would be a nervous wreck.

Also I think scary games start from being in first person view... 3rd person is just nowhere near immersive enough.

 

Kuv, it's not action packed really. And you can first person it.

The premise of the game is that you're on this space station, and there's things on it with you. You'll be walking along, and you hear skitter skitter skitter up in the ceiling. Instead of just being ambience, that's actually one of those things. You'll go along, but the moment your back is turned it leaps at you.

That skittering noise is the stuff nightmares are made of.

 

Thief. That game scared the heck outta me.
All the time, you were afraid.
And the voices werent helping.
For some unknown masoquist reason I allways played that game at night time.

I've gotten a good few thrills out of Left 4 Dead too, lights out, sound up!

 

I'm such a ***** I can't sit through the first face of the opening credits.

AND GOD YES LEFT 4 DEAD.

If I can run TF2 and Portal, can I play L4D?
