SC2 Release Date Confirmed

Is it not a clear cut answer for you? For every other event that's come and pass, what trumps a release date being given aside of perhaps the actual game being released?

Why didn't you post this statement EVERY time posters got happy in a thread?

 

Here is my question: Who won the "Guess the SC2 release date" contest? I think I was only 2 years off.....

Now I can't wait until July 27 !

 

SC2 is already boring, when will they release the beta for the first expansion pack? (which will hopefully be zerg and contain the lurker).

lol, im glad I'm not in beta yet in case i ended up playing for 6 months before the release of the game and was already bored like prodigal is, ofc i wanna be in beta, but at the same time...

 

I heard about this this morning from a phone call from EB games. They rang to say "SC2 will be released on July 27, thank you". So that's nice. I got my own personal phone call to be told the date.

And actially putting a link to the actual Blizzard press release in the article and not to some other site would have been nice. This is the link to the official Blizzard Press release.

And it seems the North Koreans don't get the game on the 27th July. A lot of them might be mad at that prospect.

And this whole thing asks one question. When will the beta end?

 

That "some other site" is the official place that Activision Blizzard announces things. Blizzard websites get the information later. When this topic was made, Blizzard had not commented themselves. However, that site is as good as Blizzaqrd because it's directly from Activision Blizzard.

 

I'm not against Jon at all for linking the site he did. I was a little wtf? Why that site?
