There are three females now in Starcraft 2 : Kerrigan the Zerg, Nova the Terran, and ...... I lost her name, and she is a Protoss.

It looks like there's a lot of Fenix lovers out there for the ratio to be that high. Even if Kerrigan dies, it may be possible for the zerg to evolve a new queen. Or maybe a hybridized Fenix as a...king?

 

If the Hybrid really come to have an existence in Starcraf 2, as they should (is not by hazzard that Blizzard adds this small plots in the game) then it is very possible that some if not all of the Zerg-Protoss mix hybrids have a very similar psionic potential, as strong or even more than Kerrigan. Remenber Kerringan had a potential but had to train it to become a ghost since childhood. Protoss have born neural connections and appendices to comunicate telepathically and thats pretty normal stuff to them , except for those who become High Templars.

So, Hybrid are definitly more strong psionically than the zerg and more strong physically than the protoss. I bet in the future, Kerrigan would loose her power of the swarms to some of the hybrids if not let herself be rulled by them.

 

I think durans gonna do something to kerrigan
like uninfest her, she'll have her unconstrained ghost powers but wont be able to control the swarm, so she escapes and does another psi thinking thingy that brought mengsk and jim to char and wait for jim to rescue her.

if this is how it would work, kerrigan would know everything about the zerg, weaknesess, strengths.
but then, it wouldnt be much of a starcraft without someone infested
and in the teasers u see infested kerrigan.

if kerrigan was unifested...
i wonder who would be infested after. mengsk?
or a UED admiral or ghost.

Why would u guys want Kerrigan to come back and fall in love with Raynor. Theres no way in gods green Earth that Raynor would still love Kerrigan after what she did. Besides how in the world would Kerrigan become human again. That ending would be way too cheesy. Raynor would probrably ally her in some case, but not fall in love.

I bet that near the end kerrigan would ally with the good forces aganst the bad forces and Kerrigan would end up dieing trying to do something good. It only makes sense.

When I was smaller like 12 years old lol, I almost began weping when Duran killed Stukov. Then feeling sorry for Duran because he was infested, only to learn that he was an xlnaga agent. Those where the days.

If ANYONE played the Nintendo 64 version, in the secret mission, Resurrection IV (which can be downloaded, but I forget where), you have to find Stukov.

He is actually NOT dead, he is infested.

I believe that from now on, after the third installment in the three StarCraft II packs, Duran will be the enemy.

OR if the Xel'Naga are GOOD (yeah, right), everyone will party, drink beer, and form an alliance against the people that destroyed the Xel'Naga. Think about it, AWESOME PLOT TWIST!!! And the Hybrids might be CONTROLLABLE and they are actually meant to help save the universe.

The "Jimmy I need your help!" teaser implies the Xel'naga (or my namesake) will be too much for her. Shadow of the Xel'naga has a Xel'naga artifact turn out to be meant to absorb zerg and protoss to cause a higher life form's metamorphosis. I suspect SC 2's story will go in the direction that there's enough of these to absorb the entire zerg+protoss races, and that's what was planned all along. Maybe the higher forms are how Xel'naga are made.
Zeratul refers to a cycle so maybe the artifacts destroy everything (Halo-inspired) to reach a new stage in the galaxy's development. Perhaps the Xel'naga are the race created from the last time this stage was reached.

At the end of Brood Wars Kerrigen says she'll test her former allies in time and when Jimmy hears of the attack he says she has come to finish the job. But "I'll wipe out humanity" seems a shallow motivation unless she intends to complete the Overmind's plan. I'd be disappointed if that was the extent of her motivation. She's waiting for Zeratul when he goes to the ruins where prophecies are written so she knows the prophecies as well or better than he does. It would fit her charcter from Brood Wars (always a step ahead) and explain what she was busy w/between games if she has been learning about this prophecy and making moves to benefit from or counter the Xel'nagas plan. Zeratul telling Jimmy for the first time what he has learned+seeming injured probably takes place after his cave-fight w/Kerrigen. Either
1) She wants a different conclusion to the prophecy than Zeratul.
2)She wants the same outcome as Zeratul but he misunderstands her . Later they'll join forces.
3)She wants Zeratul dead despite an identical goal. Maybe there's some prize described in the prophecy that only 1 can claim.
or
4)She's opposed to how Zeratul wants the prophecy to come about but gets her mind changed when Duran, hybrids, Kaloth, Mengsk, or someone/thing else fuks her up.

Jimmy and her's romance has to resolve. I'm sure she's the cause for much of his drinking. The Zerg are supposed to be evil so I'm sure Blizzard'll arrange her death, in typical story structure, but because of her love of Jimmy there'll be in the arc. I doubt the they'd have a whole campaign dealing w/the aftermath of her death so she'll probably die in the Protoss campaign.

and i will despise blizz if they make the jimmigan shipping important in the story
