I think Reapers would do well with shotguns. They'd have a bit more range than a Firebat, a bit more splash, slightly more damage, and a longer attack cooldown. Then when every Reaper's fired twice and many workers are down, they could run off.
i am just wondering: what happens if a Cobra shoots at a Immortal? First of, what is Cobras base damage? and how much extra damage does it do against armored units? was it 25? will it be A) Cobra damage -> 10 (because of the shield) or B) Cobra damage -> 10+25? my guess is A, but you never know for sure...
we already have quite a few lasers. Keep in mind that long graphical beams seem to clutter up the screen more than the bullet/shrapnel effect of marines..or if the beams lasted very short.. like the old sc BC and wraiths
they fire so fast,that having them use lasers as weapons would clutter up the screen more then it's necessary.it would be a cool effect,though. i was under the impression Stalkers can Blink up AND down cliffs.they can aproach their border,thus being able to see where they are blinking,be it up or down.is this right or i am mistaken ??
I love the sound effects they make when using their jet packs and shooting their pistols. I can already tell they're going to be one of my favorite units.
Here's a screenshot I found. I learned from it that Reapers can NOT fire upon air. Their guns are too short ranged apparently.
You know what would be cool? If reapers could cloak or not show up on the mini map, then they would be like ghosts only except with bombs. That way they really would be able to plant the bomb in secrecy. It would have a little thing like Bomb Has Been Planted thing. Then the player could search the map for little bombs set. Do not flame me. Like nukes.
