Re: Site changes

Yes, the chat has been removed from the site as of right now. I'm sure the admin will bring it back up considering how many people used it but that probably won't be till all of the remodeling is done.

 

Guys. Please give it a couple of days before any serious comments or complaints are made about the new layout of the site.

The admin is only about 60% done with the changes, not even the moderator access panels are functioning yet, so it's nowhere near done.

But posting here with every glitch and update that's occurring on the site when each of these will be fixed very shortly is pointless. Give it a couple days, when the design is declared finished, then bring up these major problems. Thank you!

P.S. This isn't to discourage you from talking about major things that need a rework immediately, but please don't say anything about stuff not lining up, like pets. Thanks.

I personally think the site looks much better than it used to, especially the new bar on the right side showing the most recent posts at all times.

 

No, the mods can still do all the usual stuff, but we can't edit the very front page, etc. right now.

That should change very soon.

 

Oh I thought you meant NOTHING worked which means you were like normal members. So while admin is doing this, is the site vulnerable? And SC2 never responds to my PMs :/

 

Well it might be because they are just spam and he just ignores them (not saying they are or anything since I have no idea what you send), if you just sent it he might not be on or looking at his pm's right now so you might have to wait a bit, and also he has so much to do already on this site it might take him awhile....

Took him 2 weeks to respond to my last pm so it's not just you Rex, he's just a busy guy

As for vulnerability, it could be possible that something goes wrong, but I think the chances are very slim. And if anything did happen it would most likely be small and easily correctable.

From past experience it usually takes 2-3 days for him to respond to anything but with an issue being pushed off by more importantthings you should wait at least a week

 

I sent him like a thing I found for Starcraft fan sites rofl! I don't think he needs it, but I just sent it anyways. The site changes, but I don't see SC2 online.

Oh and its more then 2 weeks after I sent him some messages. Does he have like extra inbox space?

 

Maybe you should make a topic it about or somethin... if you want something implemented you should probably ask the whole forum and not just the admin... no point in him putting something on the site if everyone hates it

 

Don't send him pointless PMs and he might respond. Or just don't send them and ask a moderator. That's what we're here for.

Yeah I got them to wlck last night I got it and couldn't get back on the site until this mourning

Oh and I don't know if there is a link to the FAQ any where but the ranking list (cannon fodder, recruit, regular....) picture isn't there any more. I know we aren't suppose to be telling every little problem but I'll forget about it if I don't say it now in case it doesn't get fixed when hes done.

 

Where is link to shop now btw? I know I can get to it by
"Visit the Trade Center"
"View your Shop Items" or other links on the panel, but I think there should be link to shop home

 

Press ''spend'' by your mineral count, and the return to the shop home. SHOP button should be between ''Home | Forum Index | Unread Posts | Unread Replies | Messages | Members | Redeem Centre'' too.
