    The admin leaves a set of clues, and you have to follow them. Like a treasure hunt, where each clue leads you to find the next clue. When the final clue is answered, you are given the message that you have won and to PM the admin with a certain subject and message.

    Pretty much, I just decided to word it differently so there would be any confusion between new members. Since I was able to complete it, I was able to see exactly what you needed to do to claim any possible prize.

    Also, in the winning message that tells you what to say, you are given a voucher to use to claim the 500 mineral prize that was given to all who completed it.

    for example this mineral hunt
    the first clue is an affiliate with starcraft2forum.org
    so what is the answer to start me off here because even the first clue has me confused

    The first clue says it IS an affiliate of the best forum (this forum). So try to become an affiliate with this forum.

    Press "FAQ" in the forum menu bar
    Then follow the link.
    Click on "Become an Affiliate"
    Click on the mineral picture next to the second row of text.
    There is clue #2.

    If You intend to leave the clues as a test run, I'd suggest putting back the first clue in the Mineral Hunt 3 topic's first post, thanks for consideration

    I didn't manage to complete the Mineral Hunt... Got stuck on the question about Preator Fenix and his birth....

    Here is a guide for the first 7:
    1: On the Home site you try to become an affiliate... There will be a mineral next to the text
    2: The competition is MOTM. Answer is: ninerman13
    3:In the Forum rules a bit down on the site you find a mineral next to the text: Support of Arguments
    4: Answer: 23
    5: Go to the shop. Then you find where the lottery is, next to it there is a mineral node.
    6: Search for secrets and you will find a story that will tell that the last chance they had but blew it was raynor.
    7: The global mods can remove minerals... that's a shop item.. when you find the Item you have to click the dot.
    Knowledge about the starcraft races: Zerg 1:3
    Zerg 2: Consume
    Zerg 3: 10
    Zerg 4: larva
    Protoss 1:khaydarin
    Protoss 2: Scarab
    Protoss 3: phase


    Protoss 4: Praetor Fenix holds the key. Trace him back to his birth on these forums.

    That's how far i got.. can someone complete it from here???

    Yeah it means like Fenix's first topic/ post. So all I did was go to his profile and click show all topics started by this member, went all the way to the end and there is a mineral chunk in that sentence.

    Thatone took me about 5 minutes to do because I was looking for a key picture. But when I saw themineral clump, I knew that was the answer.

    what was the answer to that? how many more were left after that?

    I was not stuck on the first one, I thought the Mineral hunt Password:Zerglings was for this Mineral hunt so I wasted a couple of hours on it, so that might explain why I'm no where near the 20 thing >.>
