I've just started DotA out of curiousity. So far so good, but if the experience gets ugly thanks to rude players I'll drop it. I don't need to be insulted by kids.

 

I just started to play a bit DotA again, just got 9 - 2 with abaddon. Hey, what heroes do you guys play? I really like aba, dmg skill, shield that gives damage when used up, and a frost + increased attack speed. And his ulti, 3-5 sec no damage taken, no spell damage (your like not kill able). And if someone have problems with builds, I can help.

And yes, im sick of noobs and rude people too. Who does not hate people who spam "fuck"?

Trash talking is as much of DOTA as clicking is. Too much is unhealthy.

 

I started playing DotA, and got booted for being first killed. Not a great way to make newbies feel welcome. Not playing DotA right now.

 

So it is to play DotA, even if you own, every one calls you a Noob or a Hacker. And the most used word in DotA is F**k.

 

How to use that GG CLient thingy?

 

All I know is that I used to be pretty good at Dota, then my skills were shot to shit... still don't know what happend, man i cant even think of a good one, except skelton king, that guy was freaking awesome other hero's were to well known for thier moves... I mean seriously they would just be used same strat everytime it was super annoying, i know that now I would defiently play ranged cause well range is fun don't have to get involved as much, but if I could choose a really good melee hero than i would go magnatuar, i kinda own with him, but yeah if youd on't know who that is than you are a noob. Well enough playa hating im gonna go catch the train ;p see ya

 

Played DotA for a while and slowed down a bit havent played it for a week or so but i might go again soon, however i goota say that the community sucks. Too bad ya cant be too picky in that area, they either no skill or no coutesy.

When I get my laptop back would anyone be willing to do private game on dota so I can learn it? I always get kicked from it cause I hardly know what Im doing I just sort of make sure my guy doesnt die and attack stuff? but they are like NOOB LOLOLOL *kicks*

Sakuju you must have to learn the game on that way, try to go into some noob only matches...
Some good noob tips:
Never go the item "boots" first, you gate them later
Always remember to raise your skills
If you are an INT hero (a hero that gains it damage from the stat INT), its a good idea to try to get the item Ring of basilius, which requires a "Sobi Mask" and a "Ring of Protection", then they will automaticly turn into a RoB.

In noob only games they normally don't have kicking tool, but be ready to get flammed...

 

flaming doesn't bother me
