Out of curiosity can anyone host a Warcraft Game?? me and ssjfox tried but none of us can host a game. I was thinking we could try and come up with a type of forum match off. we could get a group of DotA players together and make a tournament. If not i would still like to know to mayb play a game or two with who ever. Thanks!

Well ace that all depends on if you can host I have no problem getting on west but I don't really want to if you cant host since I was already disapointed when trooper said he could host but couldn't :/

the firewall is always such a difficulty

sure, why not? It's not like arranging cross country/continent lan party is tough or something ;D

 

well it is a better option than disabling your firewall
or recconnection all your port connections
but i get what you mean a cross country lan tourney wud be pretty challenging

 

oh btw guys, have you tried Hamachi? It's a program that creates fictional LAN between computers using your regular internet connection. Of course you also use it's speed so it may be laggy depending on connetion speed, but I think it may just do for bypassing firewall.

i use hamachi...i keep telling zenithar to install it. but he says he got problems with it...-_-

So how to use Hamchi for DoA ?I have install it,but i dunno how to host etc.

 

yea u need to have a server on hamachi
they arent hard to set up
and then u play with people online over lan game or something
tho all players have to join the same server
