Protoss Shield Omnidiscussion.

Proton Charge could have Shield Recharge as a secondary function. Target Probes, you get your +1 mineral per trip, target any other, you get constant regeneration of Shields until a set amount (150 shields?).

I doubt that. They don't require Pylon Power and a Protoss player could scatter them all over the map on places the other player doesn't have time to scout. Forcing them to be in the vicinity of your mining Probes makes so much more sense since it becomes scoutable and counterable.
