Protoss Mothership!

i love the battle damage the ms gets. like all unit should get it it's cool. maybe ultras could like get a chipped tusk becuase it's death animation is like... very dum.b

 

But if you go air against a mothership it will just black hole you. The best thing to do is to lock that motherfucker down.

4. You can resurrect heroes when they die. When the mothership is dead, it's dead.

 

do you have source for that.? because they said you can only have one at any given time but I havent heard that you couldnt make another one if you lose your MS

 

If there is lockdown I assume that it would be caught in the time bomb. Blizz has said that it stops all attacks.

You can't resurrect the same mothership. I'm sure you can make a new one.

 

If a loaded dropship is being sucked in can it unload troops... who knows.

 

Ooooo, dancing transformer. If I go into the movie and the whole movie is just a robot version of You Got Served i'm gonna be pissed.

 

Assuming lockdown is in the game and assuming it can target the mothership (which it should not being able to would be super dumb) we should infer these two things:
1) Lockdown will not last as long on the mothership as it does on other units
2) Lockdown will be affected by the time bomb.

 

I know. Perhaps creating waves of scourge will do something..Especially if you hit it from every side, there's no way it could create that many blackhole

 

even without black hole, 8 missiles firing simotaneously would stop most of the scourge before they even get close. a few would probably make it though, so if you had enough, that might work. i would probably cost a lot to get that many scourge though.

 

You'd probably need like 30 to do any real damage. And thats not very cost effective. The zerg will probably have something more effective against the mothership.

 

devourers would be much more effective than scourge, with the damage bonus and increased cooldown vs MS.
i suppose devourers and scourge would work well as long as the devourers go first and act like a meat shield for the scourge.

 

I'm hoping for a new zerg flyer actually.

 

yeah me too. i was just using old ones since we dont know sh*t bout the zerg yet.

 

problem is they've already got everything covered with the old zerg fliers so somethings gotta go.

 

My guess is that the Devourer's gonna go...considering the fact that we know that mutas are back and people would throw b*tch fits if Gaurdian left

 

if the devourer didnt go though, it would be effective vs MS. (see above). and also, devourers + plague + MS = pissed toss player.
