Portable Battery Shield

Part of why Zerg and Protoss did not require external means of regeneration, is due to the fact that all their units and buildings, give or take, regenerate all or partial of their life. The Terran infantries do not gain that ability until the Starport and Medivac, while their vehicles and air ships retain some regenerative abilities (SCV repair).

Would work for Single Player, but multiplayer is pretty much set in stone.

It'd be nice for a protoss player, but too powerful. Imagine 5 of these(very cheap if we stay at the SC1 prices)with 2 high templarsand a cuple zealots to hold off the enm. Done with imagining? Well then i think u saw around 20(!) psi storms if u are quick enough, that is 20*112=around 2500 dmg, which cant be resisted by anything in the game, even a fleet of 15 BC's couldn't take it.
