The three races sure have evened out since the release of Zerg. Protoss and Terran used to be way out in front on something like 35%, when Zerg was struggling to get near 25%. I'm not positive, but I think that not being loyal to any race has also increased a bit. People who voted for Protoss or Terran because of the initial 'wow' factor have probably now switched to Zerg or are undecided. I don't know who the hell would be on a forum for StarCraft2 and vote "I'm a pansy ass, I don't like StarCraft" but apparently four people have for some unknown reason. Personally, I'm hoping it was just a joke, otherwise they must seriously be bored. Imagine being so bored that you go around on a forum you hate and vote in all the polls.

 

They would have nooo life O_O. Of course yesturday i spent four hours on this site so mabey i dont got one either.

This was expected.

When Protoss was revealed first, everyone cried imbalance. They think that Protoss was going to be too powerful. So people jumped on their bandwagon. Then, Terrans were revealed. As expected, another wave of people were complaining they were too strong. People jumped on their bandwagon once again. Same goes to the Zerg.

Now, you see more equality between the 3 races. Reason Zerg hasn't really caught up is because alot of people probably hasn't had a chance to re-vote yet.

I really like that at the moment it's pretty close between the 3 races on this forum and on the quiz

 

I like the new build function of the protoss, and and the phase prisms look promising.

That and i think the zealots pwn hardcore.

 

What's the new build function for the Protoss? I didn't think it'd been changed at all. The Probe places the building and the building, in effect, creates itself. What's changed?

The matrix show the area of pylon is the best graphic in sc2 so far in my opinion

 

I'm not saying that the Psionic Matrix looks bad, but I definitely prefer the Creep, and especially the way it spreads. It's much better than in StarCraft1 where it just looked like a nondescript purple blanket that just appeared as it expanded. However the Psionic Matrix has also similarly improved, what with it having the pulses emanating their way across the network, when they used to just be a flat, overlaying circle.

 

I think both looks amazing, especially the creep. It looks more living, more evil and much more Zerg. I also like the new color, a bit more dark. It really looks like the "earth" got infested, and not just like a floor. Especially because I'm a Zerg player I think Ill love to see my creep grow, and see the enemies running away in fear, when it glides down the ramps.

 

The new warp in function is what i was referring to. Protoss buildings can instantly warp in units to anywhere they have psionic matrix, and then the buildings go onto a cooldown. At least that's what i read about it, any verification by Joneagle?

 

In order to Warp In units you have to upgrade your Gate Way to a Warp Gate. These units will then be stored in the Warp Gate until you Warp then in to an area on your Psionic Matrix. The units take a few seconds to Warp In and during this time they can be attacked. The Gate Way is able to switch between Warp Gate and Gate Way and only take three seconds to change from one to the other.
