    8-12 would do the job. I always wanted to have a 16 ppl UMS games, but when it comes to melee, it'll be over kill. Imagine 5v1 or 8v1 in a match. Individual defense wont have a chance to stood up in such a big game (with 12+ players in there).

    15v1 mass crackling thru chokepoint, versus mass siege tanks

    4v4 games and above, there is always chaos in the Rush phase... The game is almost only dependent on luck If you do survive or not. If it is not an arranged game... Therefore i think that ladder games should have a 6 - 8 cap.....

    In costum and UMS games there is always funny with chaotic games. Chaos FTW!!!

    There the cap should be 16+, If only Blizzard made a larger max map size these games should have an even higher player cap.

    Maybe there should be a section of B.Net where you can do really large battles if you do happen to have a supercomputer. Otherwise, 12 sounds good to me.
