    It must be because none of the official drivers are installed to begin with. -_-

    Let me get the manual download links ready...

    Chipset Software
    SATA/RAID Software

    Install both of these and post an updated DXDiag.

    I still think you will need to do the BIOS flash to make the machine reliable. The drivers will make the machine faster, the BIOS will make it stable (two different things).
