Scott Caan's not bad but he actually comes across as slightly preppy in my opinion. I actually kinda liked the Vin Diesel idea. C'mon, what's wrong with him? Actually... everything was wrong with him after Pitch Black and Saving Private Ryan. But if he could pull off his Pitch Black badassness in a Marine Suit then I think he'd do just fine.

If not we could always go with Sean Connery again. HAHA

 

I can totally see Vin Diesel as Findlay. Right attitude ("F**k with me and I will cut you good"), right complexion, used to playing tough guy in prison roles, and just badass.

 

The problem I have with Vin Diesel is that he did XXX
I wouldn't want SC the movie to be branded in the same category as XXX
That's the only reason I said Scott Caan. He's got the right complexion and lack of neck, but not that Tychus feel.

Actually, it was a badass French Sniper. D00d, that guy shouldn't have died, he was sweet. Well, then again, Barry Pepper aced him through the eye, which made Barry Pepper the bigger badass. So yea, come to think of it, Vin Diesel was a pansy in that movie, lol.

I'm still all for his Pitch Black persona though. I mean, I can see Vin Diesel bringing his acting resume for the Findlay audition:

EDIT: I just saw Megan Fox for Medics.....She's babetacular. I think she should play Nova, not a semi-extra role. Also, why does everyone portray Duran as black? He looks Indian or Spanish
