Old but Great titles

Yea, Super Metroid is probably my favorite one from the series and I've played almost every Metroid game. Although you have to admit that Metroid Primes switch to 3D turned out pretty good and kept a lot of the things that made the Metroid games so fun to play.

 

Oh, yeah, it's probably the best 2D-3D transition out there. But still, 2D Metroids are most excellent. I spent hours and hours playing Metroid Fusion

 

Cool, nice list. Currently I'm also playing GTA: San andreas, great game.

Another cool but rarely known game is Ascendancy. KIND OF like Master of Orion but without the boring parts. And the music is 10x Awesome.
And by the way, it features one of the biggest tech trees I've ever witnessed in video games.

Dawn of war is old now? Dammit, I really need to get outta that rock I've been living under

 

Haha.. Yes it is actually, even with the latest expansion pack; Soulstorm. All Dawn of War 1 games are based off the initial engine which doesn't require much to play. So by technicality, i think Maelstorm will be able to play it without any difficulties. Also, there's Dawn of War 2, which was released just a few months ago. I love it, but the squad cap was really an issue there.
