True and by the time the nuke gets there they'll almost be done tearing up the front line of defence, so the tanks and maries about as good as dead then the nuke will finish off the remaining zerg.

Hehe, good ol' ghost. With the new skills, you can drop a drop pod and a dozen others with 13 ghosts. :)

Actually there is only one nuke silo. I was confused for a second too because of the nuclear symbol on top of the munitions depot (the four buildings you are thinking of) which I can only assume would be some upgrade place.

in the tech tree it shows that munitions depots are required for thors. there might be several upgrades there, justifying the number of depots.

The ones boxed in red are not nuclear silos. The one boxed in blue is a nuclear silo. In another picture I found it luanching a nuke but I can't find it right now.

  6. The scanner sweep wont be as badly needed because of the sensor tower, so people will probably only build one scanner and planetary fortresses will be seen more often on subsequent bases. The nuke silo not being an ad-on makes the nukes more viable as you can build more of them and you wont have to build an entire 400 mineral command center to get nukes, plus who would want a nuke silo instead of a scanner.

Really? Cool, I knew that they weren't add ons but now they are more accessible because you don't have to build another comand center.

On the page kehmdaddy recommended, did anyone notice the little symbol hovering above the ghost and some siege tanks? It looks like a rank bar.

From what I've gathered, it's for Thors....You need one for every Thor.

It's a distant relative. They really only see each other at family reunions.

Am I the only one that thinks that from the positioning of the Nuke and the smoke pattern that it looks like it IS coming from the munitions depot? It looks very crooked to have just come out of the shadow ops to me - not to mention too large to have squeezed through that ring in the center.
