Youtube is the hub of idiots, they either:

1) Don't care about your video
2) Watch your video BY MISTAKE because it appeared in their ''star trek hawt alien chix nekkedxx'' search so they literally clicked on it thinking they would find alien porn just to see that's it's a Starcraft video, of course beeing the rational people that they are, they will watch it. Then, they will blame you for wasting 20 minutes of their life and start cussing in an intelligible language which will make you feel like beating up someone. But we all know that nothing can go trough the logical barrier of a Youtube user. He will claim he knows more than you, will probably state that he is one of the best Starcraft player. Just to learn that he had to see a psychologist because his mom found the whole history of his website search, which is fulled with search like ''hot <enter alien race from fictional TV show here> nekked shower scene''. Just to get grounded later on because he downloaded 50 viruses thinking they were infact vidcaps of naked aliens.

And that's just one type of Youtube user, I could go on forever about the moronic comments I've seen.

 

we will be deciding that soon to come..I mostlikely think that there will be a few spectators allowed.. but the way it will work has not been decided yet. Uchio and I are going to be putting the official brackets up in a day or two so stay posted for them...

 

Thanks again to SC2forums for his generous donation! Also, once again look for the official bracket soon to come.. it should be posted in a day or two ;D

BTW: Please do not post anything else on this thread unless it relates directly to the tournament. We don't want this thread getting out of control, it needs to stay neat and clean so that everyone knows what is going on. Thanks. :thumbup:

come on guys midnight today/tomorrow whatever fits you i'd call it today though. i mean the tomorrow would have a midnight and so on anyways if you want to see the current brackets it's on page 2

Edit: the date depends entirely on you and the person you are against. and any spectators that want to watch ( don't change the schedule unless for a spectator, unless you have none. ONE SPECTATOR MUST BE AT EACH GAME, THEY SERVE AS A JUDGE. ) just dont wait to long to play your opponent. otherwise you'd hold up the tournament.

Thank you all for entering in the noob tournament for those who did. Right now I am still designing the brakets, but they should be done by tommorrow latest. Stay tuned!

since the admin has so graciously sponsored us the entrance fee will now be given to other things. such as most memorable. funniest. ownage. best behavior? kind/nice/gracious. and other things.

edit2: if you're having trouble finding the account here it is: http://www.starcraft2forum.org/forums/index.php?action=profile;u=113 also wait until the brackets are set up to start paying. you don't have to send a PM telling me or to the account. once you've given the entrance fee then a message will already be sent with your name. if you fail to pay the entrance fee you'll be kicked out of the tournament. if you need help paying it ask a someone. just be sure you pay them back maybe a moderator will let you loan, since they have power to make sure you do

OK sorry about the mineral misunderstanding. admin now wants me to do everything manually and not with a extra account. you'll now have to send the minerals to me. remember, in the message type something about the tournament otherwise i'd think you're just giving it to me anyways. yea if you forget i'll understand, but please just type in noob tournament or something like that as the message. again sorry for the misunderstanding. i'll edit the post

OK GUYS HERE IS THE BRACKET SO FAR. There are prob going to be a few changes, and there are a few things I need to explain.

First off, If you see blue question marks by your name, it means I am either missing your SC registered account name or your forum name. Sorry for the inconveinience, but would you please PM me the name you are missing (You know who you are).

Second, If for any reason you want to back out now or if one of the Judges cannot Judge, you need to either inform UCHI or I so that we can make necessary changes!

Third, you must schedule your match with your opponent on your own time and no match will be official unless a judge is present for the match and the map must be a blizzard created map (no unlimited resources maps like BGH or Fastest).

PLEASE HURRY and schedule your matches so you don't hold up the tournament.

Last but not least, you may be wondering how the three semi-finalists will play? This is going to be a 3 person FFA for first place. This is the only way we could accommodate the amount of players we have. If there are any comments or questions, please PM UCHI or I and we will get back to you. Thank you and GL.
