Yes, and I already wonder how will the protoss be able to prevent or survive these rushes, because Blizzard want's to make each race more different than they were in SC.
There, the only good way to stop a rush was to build photon cannons barricaded in your base (of course if I played against a fast and skilled enemy, when you play against noobs your Zealot rush may be faster :) )

yeah scourge and defilers kicked major butt. a few mutas following up makes the acid spores really count too.

I love how everything in the Zerg army plays on another which makes them extremely deadly when used in the right order, for example:
Plague, Ensnare, Mutalisks kill whole mass of air units.
Acid spores, Scourge kill all air units.
    Plague, Zerglings own everything.
Dark swarm, Hydralisks run into your base nuff said.
Ultralisks followed up by Zerglings finishing with Mutalisks and their Glavie Wurm to bounce and kill things even 5 at once.

    All hail the mighty swarm!

nice post though can you tell what acid spores do, I could never figure that out. As far as I could tell they just let you see invisible units

Acid spores made that the next attack did more dmg right? (a bit like armor reduction in WC3 if it works so)

thats what i thought too, that each acid spore was a bonus point of damage for every additional attack the unit takes. could be wrong tho.

I guess we were both wrong
    getting back to topic...
did anybody read my idea on leaping zerglings?
it basically said that they could glide in the air for a short time during which time they could melee attack and move. it would have around a 30 second cooldown or so

No need we have Mutalisks. Plus Zerglings are a basic unit and have been changing to serve their swarmability. I don't really see Blizzard doing much else with the Zergling. But heres one thing to realize, every unit cannot ave an ability cuz I have notice everybody has tried giving any unit an ability.

ya i guess zerglings would be too good if they could attack air as well, and like you said they are pretty much perfect already
