Mind control + the fact that the enemy would not know about it = OP.
Perhaps if it only worked on tier 1 units.

The building would be its host and parasites do generally die without a host...

I don't think Psionic's idea is all that OP. In order to successfully use it against an enemy player, you would have to be very careful to be discreet with those units. I doubt it'll be at all easy to keep the enemy from guessing they have parasites. They're not your units so they can't mass-select them, you have to give them the same orders your opponent gave, etc., etc. Basically it's just a micromanagement nightmare. If anything it won't be OP, it'll be underpowered.

I was thinking that the Queen should have her Swarm Clutch back. But instead of suicidal bugs, it spawns these Swarm in packs that can act like a Dark Swarm for units and buildings under it. The Swarm will dissipate when the Clutch has been destroyed.

Of course, the Swarm Clutch itself will not be protected by the Swarm.

I accidently voted for don't care, but I think the changes are great. My only issue is a small one . . . organic armor for roach? Come on blizzard you got to have something better then that for a name. I have renowned you guys for coming up with cool and sophisticated research and upgrade names in the past with sc1, you guys are slacking . . . just messing =P
