Well tempests are only really the spiritual successor to the Carrier, they're not the capital ship anymore, the Warp Ray took that. Kinda ticked at that.

you think the game is at all size proportionate mc2? look at the opening video for broodwars, the battlecruser takes up the whole sky yet its about the same size as 8 marines, you got to have a little more imagination, size isnt all that matters. at least in starcraft hehe.

It seems to me that if the zealot psi blades along with the pylon crystal were red, then so would all the other psi energy in everything else. Seems a bit inconsistent

that would be pretty sweet, different colors for storms.
i wonder if archons still just have the swirling lights for their team color or if the whole thing changes. pink archons lol.

those screens show green archons and red archons. the only differences are some small bands of color on their armor part.

i see the supply depots line up making it a defensive wall. now i see why they made depot can be move underground. but i dont like the idea. why can't they make defensive wall or something and let the depots stay safe out of battles.

i see the high templars hands and it doesn't look good.

    reavers dont look good too.

anyway those are just screenshots and does not give justice to the the real in game play of sc2.

i hope they will show a new demo asap (for twilight archons, soul hunters, reavers etc.)

@ zeratul- people would use supply depots like that in the original. now that they are given an ability to make it easier for players to wall off their ramp, its only an improvement.

zeratul, with how cheap a supply depot is and how easy to build, sacrificing 3 or 4 to close off a passage is no big deal. Just build extra than the pop cap so if they die, no loss.

When submerged, can enemies walk over them too, like a burrowed unit?

And BTW any ideas on what the population system will be?
Will it still be 200? Will units still have varying pops per?
I guess its a bit too early to know

yah i know the supply depot strategy in sc1 and now applying it again in sc2 but with more versitality (undeground depot). anyway what im talking about is that in real starcraft universe(reality) this is not the idea of the terrans ofcourse. its their food supply not their defensive wall. i just can't imagine it in a real situation. maybe it looks nice if you bunch of supply depots on your base then suddenly swarm of mutalisk attacks your base, so just underground all 20 depots and let the golaiths walk through and kill the mutas.

but the wall thingy is nice in gameplay, but not in real (<-i dont know what to say, hope you got what im trying to say). well unless like they made the depot with dual purposes which is supply and a defensive wall (maybe hardened armor on the side of it). 8)

yah you are right, and what can i do? gameplay is the most important thing here. :-\

just make sure any of the supply depot tactics is not shown in cinematics or it will be ugly. :p

but im still thinking about terran building a fortified walls and not use depots which has poor hp and armors. and these wall can also be buried underground, well the depot can keep the ability as well for better unit movements in bases specioally on small maps.

^ now this would looks nicer and more believable. 8) but maybe too imba. right?

anyway depots up fronts defending just looks plain ugly in game play even though its useful and a great advantage for the terrans. ::)
