What's that spiny worm crawling up the wall in the first screenshot? Is that a doodad?

 

Yeah TOIP, that's a Zerg bone doodad. I think it's from a Nydus Worm.

 

They both look pretty much the same as they always have. What do you think is different and what do you not like?

Seeing the colossus' shields activate makes me wonder how large the mothership's bubble will be. Also the doodads will play an incredibly big role in SC2 - they are just so varied and beatiful it's beyond description.

 

Wasn't the Colossus a unit supposed to be so huge that it can cliff mountains ?

If I ask this question it is because on the 3rd picture the Colossi don't even reach the electric cables ....

 

Thanks for the support kuvasz but I don't really care about minerals. I had a very large sum of minerals before (70k+) but lost them all and I really don't miss them at all If my topic helped Joneagle_X then I'm happy!

It seems to that the Colossus still has that single fire sweeping beam instead of that constant firing version. LAME!

I'm too inattentive/blind/dumb/whatever to see the rules for submitting articles. Can someone give me a link? (Please don't say "go to that forum" as I will not see it.)

On another note -- these are cool. I find I have to unzip the fansite kit, my computer hates looking at zipped images (but only Blizzard images). Weird...

 

with the nydus bones and colossi trying to hold back the zerg? Nope, none at all.

 

I think it takes place about 3 seconds after a screen we've seen before. I have that particular screen set as my desktop background. The main difference is that two of the cannons have died, and the Protoss units are in the middle of their firing cycles.

 

Way cool. I can't wait to see some of these new animations in action. I wonder if they'll attempt to show them off in the next Battle Report?

and where are they fighting in pic2? a marijuana field?

Looks like the terran buildings are looking even better now.

The planetary fortress has a new gun....bigger and more badass. =]

 

The Immortal's cannons looks lightly thicker now.
