I simply opened it in a gif animator and quadrupled the frames. Then I removed the odd ones out and made the beginning and the end the blinking move (I prefer it that way).

This wasn't hard at all. If you want to see something hard, check out my thread in this section when I post it... I'll need opinions

 

How about making it not blink at all?

 

That's a good idea, but I like when it blinks.

 

Ahh, turn blink on a bit quicker. I hate it when kuvaz's avvy did a pop frame every 15 seconds, had me sitting there waiting for elmo to come out of the cat eyes to show T.T
