I believe they can. They will move slowly though so it is best to go around

yeh in the original clip the motherships timebomb WAS huge, its better if its smaller, but cost less energy so that you can use multiple ones.

(Edit) Ok heres a idea, what if the mothership had its own special building that builds it, and from there you can choose 3 units that you want your motherships to be able to build, you can only choose ones that you have unlocked and they will take more minerals to make and a bit more time, but when they are created there stored in the motherships memory bank and can be warped in below the mothership.

so it's sort of like a destruption web, becuase it was kind of weird how he used it to put a bubble around the mother ship. thought that would be a bad idea becuase won't the mother ship be slowed?

OMG!!! That's so cool. The best ability ever! Does it block bullets/rockets completely or just slows them down a lot? ???

well for ghosts there shots should probably slow down so much as to not do enough dmg to one hit something. this could be used very nicely againts them, maybe even use it to contain a nuclear blast.

That seems interesting maybe it doesn't contain the blast but slows it down maybe the nuke will take an extra few seconds to explode inside a time bomb

maybe give enough time to, deactivate it then put it on a probes back and send it into a enemy base armed with 4 seconds!

    we can only dream...

course it could just lower the blast dmg and give you more time to evacuate your armys, you could even use the time bomb on your own buildings and units slowing down bullets that are entering the field from the outside to harm your buildings or armys. like for Templars and one hit Ghosts.

That's an excellent idea. Instead of blocking fire from one part of the widely spread defence, cast Time Bomb right in front of the base you'd attack blocking all incoming fire and pump Immortals, Stalkers and Collossi under it! *drools* This could indeed be one of the most versatile abilities yet.

I should stay away from these forums, they only fuel my lust for SC2 :D

Its mostly damn blizzards fault for telling us about it!, and giving us all these goodys to play with, i would use it to shield my templars from ghost fire and maybe shield my probes during a ambush.

That's cool! I could send a ghost to nuke some place and... Oh wait a minute. Ghost - Terran, Motheship - Protoss. Silly me. Never mind. ;D

that's why there is a balnace between those races : you can't use nuke and mothership together, but let one unit to each race ;)

nobody knows but id like it to take a little so we can use it maybe like 2 of them without using to much energy.
