Never talks, never get to see his face but that's part of the charm . I'm not exactly looking at the design aspect...just how it worked out very well during the game. And the best part is that you'll have no clue during the entire game, what the heck does this guy really wants! A scientist who goes around shooting stuff, blowing up places and ends up in an alien world?! epic.

I'd have to say Sephiroth or gilgamesh from final fantasy (in ff12 he's annoying).
