6600 AGP or PCI-E? And what's your processor? If you supply me with your current build's stats, I could make some suggestions that wouldn't be too costly. Upgrade, if you can afford it; you can buy an 8600GT now for $40-50 US, and if you couple that with a cheap dual core processor (you can get good AMD procs for ~$50) you'll be doing solid medium to high settings. Also, make sure you have lots of RAM. I'm currently gaming on an old Athlon XP coupled with a 5500FX, so I have to change computer, but I'm waiting 1) for the beta, so as to have a better idea about what hardware I'll need to run StarCraft 2 and 2) for Intel and AMD to release their new processors, which will correspond to a drop in price of perfectly decent processors such as, say the e5200 or e7400 --processors that will most definitely be able to max out our favourite unreleased game.

Who else is sick of all these claims that StarCraft 2 will require a herculean machine to run it?
