Matt Horner, Who do you think he REALLY is?

What did "hump his leg" mean?I can guess but don't think the right one...
Matt Horner...the name I like.The word horner really give you the feeling...woooooo

 

Keep in mind boys n girls that neuro means the person who got implanted will litsen almost without question to the people who neuro socc'ed him and Jimmy is far too fundamentally good to employ those kinds of methods. I smell a mole.

Why? I mean he has no reason to betray Jim raynor at all. He has been with Raynor since the beginning, its not like he is some millitary officer that came to help Raynor out he is in second command and everything because Raynor gave him that rank and he trusts him. Matt Horner was just another guy in Raynors squad following him to the end.

To be honest, at this point, it'd almost be refreshing to see somebody NOT turn tail and go the betrayal route. I mean, seriously, when was the last time we saw a wholesome, honest to goodness, royal "general" figure? I also think Tychus is just too badass to betray anyone. If you've noticed, usually the guys with the bad attitude somehow manage to remain loyal characters.

It'd be nice to see a "higher ranking" figure stay on the good side for once and see him bust out some intelligent and cunning strategies against "bad" guys.

 

Well there is Jim. He didn't betray anyone so far. Although, you can't really betray anyone if you are the person being betrayed left and right. Otherwise.... errr... errr.... um.... to name a few.... *Awkward Silence*
Ya.... As I said before I don't think Matt's going anywhere. It would be almost exactly the same situation as Duran then. We don't need two of him.

You know with the multiple ways of getting to the center of the story i might try to do a little experimentation with the story line (if that is possible) and maybe through the dialogue trees i could force horner to back stab me at some point....But anyway i don't horner will do anything (unless its possible to affect the story that much) as he seems like the person that would serve his duties to the end but i still wonder, how in the world did he get that uniform!

I bet Raynor snagged it off some high ranking Dominion chump.

 

I can see Raynor in his love/hate relationship with Kerrigan and this Matt guy running along the sidelines. It would be a really interesting plot though. I don't think Raynor would be at all interested, but that sort of social situation is not something that StarCraft or many other games have experimented with in the past.

It would also be really funny to have to control Jim running around the hyperion, trying to stay out of an awkward encounter with Matt Horner.


But I really hope he's not turned into another duran character. It's would be nice to see two more characters get along well like Raynor and Zeratul do. Maybe Matt Horner can be in the storyline as part of this anti-Kerrigan and also anti-Mensk team effort.

If that happens, I bet Kerrigan kills Horner, but then Raynor ends up killing Kerrigan for Fenix and Horner.

 

Just for giggles after I beat the campaigns, I'm going to get a relationship going with Jim and Matt.

 

/\ from the sounds of it (I've never read Queen of Blades) he may have a man crush on Jimmy. I personally would be surprised if Raynor had any same sex tendencies and I think that would cause a really, really funny situation on the Hyperion. It would be hilarious and be nice comic relief from the epic battles.

I think Raynor is a one woman kind of man. And that woman just happens to be Kerrigan. And I think he also wants to kill her (y'know all that backstabbing and what not).

Either way, I really want to see a lot of character and relationship developement between the three of them now.

 

I just got a horrible movie in my head.

Matt, instead of Zeratual, pops up from behind and yells out in Kerrigan's voice,
"Jimmy!"

Jim would just pop off a few rounds before he realized it was Matt. I think Kerrigan is his day dream and worst nightmare.

Honestly, she's too awesome for any one man.

Actually, come to think of it, maybe she teaches Matt Horner to play for the other team and leave Jim alone then convinces him to backstab Jim. Who knows! Nothing is as devious as a woman with a whole lot of zerglings.

 

She controls all the swarms?I thought she only rules them and only controls overlords and queens.Then the overlords and queens controls the broods under her....

Could she be the best badass with hungry mod? I vote for Duran to be the one...
