hey do you need a separate account for East and West?

I'm Nikzad on US-East but I suck, play me for confidence/practice!

Oh, and I play Any maps.

Don't give me that "Fastest is n00b" stuff. It does take skill.
I play lows also.
I play UMS.

Basically, i'll game with anyone no matter the map.

 

I started out playing fastest maps because I would play with my friends on LANs and we were all n00bs and I wanted to have big battles without so much focus on expansion and stuff...then i just got hooked I'm trying to get into other maps now, as I've only played BGH like3 or 4 times

my screen name on US West is Alasdair, but on East its Alasdeir, with an 'E'

ill play anything, my my comp doesnt like downloading games, either it doesnt start downloading, or it downloads without showing the percentage sign so i think i havent downloaded

 

if anyone can come to Us.west right now im on =D

 

Uhh you mean like making my computer work as a server? or just creating a starcraft game on battlenet?

only 1 of my friends on WC3 can.

i can host , but i cant connect to bnet east...

 

its something to do with firewalls but after switiching compts i can't host anymore... T.T

 

i can host i mainly do comp stomps but ya my user name is marshal109 on battle.net

 

I can host a game... Why? though

 

What's the problem with the hosting? Some people are able to while others are not.

 

i dont know why there are all these problems with hosting. i used to be able to host, then i stopped playing for a few years and when i came back i couldnt. and, it has nothing to do with firewalls. i have my firewall on, i cant host. i take it off i cant host. i reboot my internet, i cant host.

 

I can host if anyone is interested.

If it's for outside of the newbie tournament, I may ask to join in if the two, three, four, etc. of you don't mind.

 

I also can host. I dont use firewalls while I play, it helps a lot and reduces lag. Id be gad to host and also to play.

 

I live in europe so if you guys are on servers in us east/west i dont think i can play you guys but i might tell you my name= Hydra_Slayer

PS: im a noob but i really do appreciate playing hunter maps i.e. cauldron, the hunters, dark continent ^^

 

Hey! ES-ScndDrkEye@USWest Might be awhile before I can get on since an unfortunate incident has left me without a Broodwar disk. Stupid crack in the disk.... Makes me work so hard.... Anyways ill be up for gaming with anyone who wants to. I'll try any match up and any game type. Just need to find a replacement disk. If anyone knows where I can get one please send me a PM. Ty ;D

 

some external reasons that i think could hav lead to hosting difficulties:
-new patch problems
-starcraft servers' inefficiencies, probably due to starcraft2 coming out so they've lost workforce on the starcraft servers or something (ive heard quite a few other people who have been having lagging problems lately too, but not the majority so im probably wrong)

 

I have noticed a sever lack in quality hosts lately...
