Also, just to clarify in case anyone was confused, the poll's different to what I'm suggesting. The poll's asking about her role, I'm speculating about her appearance.

No, she has a human appearence. She will not be like the queen, the unit.

Well I will have to agree on the fact that she will be a humanoid character. Proof. Multiple pieces of artwork present Kerrigan in a humanoid state, and one in fact even shows Kerrigan in a human state.

Now, before you go saying this is just artwork there is another point I have. There is no artwork to provide proof as Kerrigan a Zerg Queen in game. The final and irrefutable evidence is the Cinematic trailer where Zeratul and Kerrigan are fighting. We can see that there is no attack similar to the Zerg Queen, which, is ranged. Hopefully this puts the quarrel to rest.

That is totally off topic and not even needed. Keep this thread on topic this is not Space Junk. All you have done is complain as far as I can see in your post. At least try to be constructive. :arghh:

Complaint- a justifiable outcry or protest. I give the reason for every complaint I give, that's part of what a forum is anyway.

 

So, I will take your post seriously since that seems to be your form of complaining. So we should take away the MAIN protagonist in the Starcraft series because she is an Infested Terran and not Zerg? That is just stupid.

Kerrigan is the perfect example of Zerg. Not only is she intelligent, she is capable of control over the whole Zerg Swarms on Char and is able to move easily. She is the next evolution of the Overmind. In terms The Zerg are controlled by Zerg.

However, I will take your point of the previous ruler of the Zerg the Overmind and say look at what happened to him? He was slain by his enemies because he had no defense. Yes, obviously the Zerg need another Achilles Heel like that.

@ Zeratul88. The problem with your 'complaint' is that it's not justifiable. How on Earth is Kerrigan not Zerg? Infested Terran are Zerg. Also, I agree with pretty much everything else ShdwyTemplar said in response to it as well.

 

I am sorry, I much would rather see kerrigan in her infested human form then some giant half-insect half-human looking thing. She looks much more badass as a cunning leader.

I read back a little, and I seem to have misunderstood; the whole discussion is about whether kerrigan should take the place of a queen (possessing its abilities and role) in the campaigns right? If thats the case, then I don't have a focused opinion on that, I think either having kerrigan a class of her own, or acting as the queen unit in the campaigns can work.

 

Well i beilieve that she is a queen because welll she went out like a woss i think she was told to stay away from the zerg so she just ran in and became one so she disobeyed orders and she went out weak that doesnt sound like a kick butt hero to me it sounds like a know it all little girl who thinks she's invencable

 

@ Shogun. The thread started about whether Kerrigan will take the role of the Queen, and that's what the poll's on as well, but most of the discussion been about her model. That's what I've been saying, that I suspect she'll return as a Queen. About her role, I'd still say just a hero, but about her model, I suspect she'll be a Queen.
