I would want a dark archon but scince the twilight archon is so expensive , then we can only imagine that the dark archon would be even more expensive but it still would be a very nice unit to have

 

[suggestion] Purchasable mineral stash

I searched for a few keywords but the things that came up were nowhere near my idea... I think.

I'd like to suggest a new shop item which would also be a new forum feature.

This stash would basically create a new pocket for you. It would be a very useful item because it would make life easier for those that deal with others' minerals. For example if you have a set amount of minerals for rewards/prizes, you could keep that in here, separate from your private money. You could also use it to collect minerals there for saving up for a particular item or if you're holding a game that requires an entry fee or raffle ticket fee and you don't want to risk mixing it up with your own money.

You could access it through the profile buttons (right click -> display image for full size)

I have no definite idea about cost and stock but here's my suggestion:
Price: 1500 minerals (accessible for not-so-rich members but dear enough to not buy it just for the sake of owning it without actually needing it)
Stock: 50
You would only be allowed to have 1 at a time.

Perhaps it would work better as something you can buy that simply gives you an extra "bank account" ? 1500 minerals is a bit steep though.

There's no point in having 2 accounts with interest rates because a) inflation is already a big problem and b) bonus interest rates (worker units) would only apply to one account which would make the other redundant. I mean who in their right mind would put money in an account with a 0.1% interest rate instead of putting it in the one that has, say, 0.5%?

And 1500 isn't steep at all... I mean this is for convenience. If it was available for 100 minerals like GM_k suggested it would lose it's "value", everyone would have it. I mean we could start giving away frames in the shop for 100 minerals (since they're not really special... they don't get any bonus or anything) but that would make them worthless.

I think the lowest price for the stash that can still be considered appropriate is around 800 minerals.

I don't get the point of this. It seems to just complicate our current system. When you send minerals, can't you just type in what amount you want to send? If you want to give out prizes for competition just keep the money on hand, we're all capable of doing basic subtraction, this item seems useless to me.


BBBBBBBBBBBBuuuuuuuuut, since I'm not going to be forced to buy one, and when I don't have one the stock text won't clutter my bar at the top, I'm all for removing inflation from the rich members who want this.

Sounds great! This can come in handy when you want to keep some minerals behind. And it's not only for prizes and stuff like that, you can use it for clan contributions to.

The price is a bit high though, I guess something like 500 minerals would be enough to keep people from buying this just for the sake of owning it.

About the stock: unimeted is better then 50. Everyone should be able to have this.
