Hi Everyone. I'm 17 years old and I am from norway. I have played starcraft since I was 10 years old. I am so excited a sequel is coming out! I wish it comes out sooner because I can't wait!

I think that there will be lots and lots of expectations from blizzard.

I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. They get along since we had them since they were all babies. I love listening to music but I can't play any instrument :'(

Hehehe. You aren't old! My dad is 42 and he plays starcraft too! We even challenge each other, I got him hooked on it =)

hey... all of you seem to come from the west eh. hmm.

anyway, i'm from Singapore, seemingly the other end of the globe. got invited to this forum, found the people here are pretty nice. and yeah, i play an instrument too, i play the piano, but i don't really like playing classical pieces, i'd rather compose ;D i'm a pretty lousy starcraft player cos i don't have the chance to spar with other people over the globe, so in future i really look forward to crossing swords (or psy blades and claws, i don't know) with you guys.

Well I wish I saw this thread sooner to introduce myself, but I guess later is better than never. I've been looking for a forum dedicated to StarCraft 2 and I'm really glad I found one. Hello everyone!

I'm fifteen, but jamesB don't worry, I spent some time on the PC Gamer forums for a while, and you will have no idea how many adults play PC games. You would think teenagers play them the most, and maybe they do, but boy... it's the older ones that have a real passion for it. So believe me when I tell you that you're not alone.

Actually, the majority of self-proclaimed "gamers" are between the ages of 18 and 32. Cool, huh?

Hello all!!

I am 20 years old and a college student from a small suburb of Chicago. I love playing games even though I suck at most of them. Its more about having fun than it is about winning for me. Which means I am the kind of person who will lose 9 times out of 10, but the one time I do win it will be because I Zergling rushed you while you were defending you base against somebody else.

I have been fairly active in the new Newegg forum however they only have one topic and one thread about Starcraft 2 which totally wasn't doing it for me. So I figured a whole forum dedicated to it should be good enough!

It's true playing cooperatively is a lot more fun especially if there is a chat going on. Me and my buddies from college would always join up to the same game and then cooperate because we were in the same game. My ex roomie would always play WoW and do the same sort of thing over Ventrillo. In any case, it was always great fun and I have great hopes and expectations for more fun to come!

I am 20 years old and studying geography and history in Croatia (small country in south-eastern europe, aprox 4 milion people)
I play most rts's on the market (not profesionaly, some never played over the interned) and currently wasting my time on wow and tiberium wars

Hi, I'm 10-Neon. I am male, 19, 6'1''. I spend more time thinking about video games than I actually spend playing them. I plan to become a game developer, if not designer(in the long-term) after college. I was invited here via StumbleUpon, although I don't know who it was that sent the message. I think I was 11 when I started playing SC. 10-Neon is also my screen name on USEast. While I am best with Zerg, worst with Protoss, I play melee games on Random.

I always dreamed of being a game developer when I was a kid. I wish I could persue it but I'm busy with design now and quite enjoy that too. Maybe when I get some time!

Dreaming of being a game developer, wishing to create games and stuff.
I've been a Blizzard fan the first time I played warcraft 2. That was like around a decade ago.

I like animals too (unless they try to eat me LOL). I find people who wanna be veterinarians as rare. So far, I personally know only one guy who's taking vet med.

May I add that I also play Magic: the Gathering but I'm not so active, and I don't go to tournaments.
I love sneaky characters and/or tactics. Solid Snake, Snake Eyes, Batman, Splinter Cell's Sam Fisher, and Rikimaru, are some of my favorite characters. Aftrer I watched the SC2 videos on youtube, Stalkers made me want to go Protoss LOL. I hope SC2 will involve more cheesy sneak attacks hehehe.
