Infestation and Assimilation and Hybridization, Oh My!

Could you elaborate on your reasoning?

 

The zerg cannot infest protoss because Kerrigan is a noob. She appears to have abandoned the purity of form and essence that the overmind worked towards, probably because it would make her completely obsolete.

 

No she hasn't. This was clarified in Shadow Hunters. She still wants to follow the Overmind's mission, she just added her own brand of madness (revenge!) to the mix.

She hasn't infested protoss because it's extraordinary difficult, and she's not a geneticist. Also, she's had no time. It took her four years just to properly infest a terran.
