    Yes, you can still get things rated PG for horror. Just as there're many different levels of violence and coarse language, there can be many different levels of horror. For PG, it'd mainly be things like a sinister atmosphere and scary music.

    dark I know some movies with an R rating can, thats why I was trying to say the U.S. is pretty liberal with what it allows given the audience that can potentially view movies of that rating (legally of course). And Itza the U.S. is harsher when it comes to any form of nudity but I think that comes from the fact it is a nice easy line to see. If a movie shows breasts its R there is not a whole bunch of leeway there where as with blood and gore its more of a fuzzy grey line and the raters have to ask themselves whats to much. Also, as I understand it while the U.S. is rather restrictive when it comes to nudity it also tends to not punish violence as much as other countries (which I know seems pretty screwed up but again I think it comes from the fuzzy grey line problem).

    I love America.

    People being hung and quartered, mutilated, burned alive, torn apart, and just generally tortured / killed is fine and dandy, but you show a little bit of breast? It all goes to ****ing hell after that.. Wish North America was more like Europe.
