anything that does more then 10 damage

also, 3 or 4 overloads can deal with a dozen mutas, so it's rather strong, i think

any one good can just take there mutas and fly away while it over loads then come back and rip them to shreds. the mutas would have to be killed first shot or second for the phoenixs not to be screwed

only if all phoenixes overload at once, i would have 3 or 4 groups of about 6 phoenixes each, hotkey them, and overload them one at a time

so you'll have 18 phoenixes, but i'm sure the enemy by that time will have at least double that amount, if they're doing an air raid. a good player will micro. BUT i suppose that while the enemy muta's move away from the overloading phoenixes one could mobilize their photon cannons to the front lines.

ANYWHOO...one thing i really found useful for goons was their range for firing. Looking at the 1st gameplay movie, it doesn't seem that the immortal nor the stalker have a similar range. I know the stalker has blink so that's remedied, but why not give the immortal some range as well?

    me too.
just because Remy says something doesnt mean its true. Remy is an excellent poster, but he isnt god and you have to take what he says with a grain of salt.
    its called overload.

to solve this thread, as of the most current information we have availible to us, immortals cannot attack air.

just lock the damn thread, bury it under 500 tons of reinforced concrete and create a protoss shield around it, this thread was the most pointless on this entire forum; it is confirmed that the immortals cant attack air for quite a while ago

Not everyone can sit on forums all day and wait for upcoming news ijffdrie. Some people get info sometimes only from making threads. There is nothing wrong with making new threads.

there is nothing wrong with making new threads, assuming they have some form of dyslexia that prevents them from seeing the 'search' button
