How could you improve at SC?

FD Terran:
FD stands for Fake Double. Terran stands for Terran. =D. "Fake Double what?" you ask. Fake Double Terran means that the Terran is faking double factories against a Protoss. Double factories is an aggressive build because you pump out units twice as fast as one factory play. An FD Terran attack is a fake all-in attack meant to disguise a 1-fact fast expo. The Protoss will be attacked with a squadron that appears as if it came from two factories. It usually involves 3-6 marines, a tank, vultures with mine upgrade, and maybe an SCV or two. (The SCVs really help make it look like a Gundam rush but it really isn't.) If the attack fails, no worries cause the vultures have mine to buy the Terran time. FD Terran could fall under the 1-fact double command term but I like to view it as something else. iloveoov's one-fact double command is tank, cc, tank, siege mode, tank ebay. It is not as aggressive as FD Terran.

But why build 12 Refinerys?

 

The 12 means 12 SCVs. That means build the refinery when your SCV count reaches 12.
