    admin is the person who runs this place/owns this place.
    in forums there is a admin (a king) and he has global moderators ( 2nd in commander to kings) and global moderators has moderators (chief commander) and we are the people (soldiers)

    The admin, SC2Forums, is pays for the servers and he makes all the descisions. It is he who makes all the shineys on this site and appoints moderators
