    erm, it's supposed to enhance the photons in-between the spacial twin-linked dimensional grid to create a neurophotonic burst of tetrionic energy, which is then dispersed through a sub-dimension, substained within a zero-point gravitonic module, to bring forth a particle disintegration wave.

    p.s. Yes, I have watched too much star trek voyager. Though any number of episodes greater than 5 would probably be too much.
