I agree, the X indeed added to the goofy look, maybe it's best if they just use the original way of stabilizing.

 

when the tank goes in siege mode, i believe those wheel that are sticking out on the side of the tank will pop out

 

wow! COOL new look for the siege tanks. but wait there are 2 pics of it, which is it? i like both, the first looks like a tranformer or part of the robots enemies in the matrix. the siege tank pic below is nice too except for the circle thing at the side of it, an opening hatch thing i guess.

but both are definitely cooler than the orignal one.

i really dont like the bar structure, i hope its only a doodad or just in the campaign.

wow in the nuke screenshots (2 pics) i see the THOR and a GHOST. nice. im still wondering how the siege attack of the thor will be like (multiple missiles firing at the back weapon of the thor?).

terrans are looking better than ever. can't wait for the 4 more new units they have. wheres the terran mobile bunker? ^^

 

i think the 4 shoulder-mounted guns fire for its ability, because in one of the articles they mentioned 4 cannons.

 

haha great post tiger =D owerup:, and i dont mean to get off topic, but in the bottom right of the banshee+ thor picture, it seems as though thor, like the collossus can be attacked by missle turrets.

 

not really... the only missiles near the thors are the ones that hit the banshee above them.

edit: banshees missile look pretty sweet, they're white.

 

which unit are you talking about? the thor or siege tank? ^^

i dont see the thor being attack by the turrets.

I'm liking the new concept art of the siege tank, much much better than the one we saw so far in my opinion.

 

i like the new siege mode better, but the first tank mode was better imo. Oh well at least we get a nice siege mode version.

 

I hope Ramdon's little photoshop piece doesn't start a cosmic shockwave of domino effect that kicks off a chain of events where eventually the entire universe believe it to be the new siege mode design... all because of a little happening at this site.

 

I don't want to go down as the sinner in history.

Frankly I wouldn't be that amazed, many people are so eager for sc2 news these days that they tend to believe a lot.
Is it time to post my 3d fake terran mothership concept art yet?

 

The tank concept looks cool, but I don't think it'll look as good ingame.
