It's very possible that this is a fansite april fools prank, but more than likely its a prank with a happy ending...like we all get to download the beta tomorrow night after 10pm. : D

 

I'm beginning to think this is the most likely case. I don't think Blizzard would do something like this to us.

 

My prediction is an elaborate April Fool's joke with something to soften the blow at the end. Like a T-Shirt to those who "would have" been selected. =P I woke up 5 hours early on a work morning for this countdown though all my April Fool's senses have been tingling since I first saw the countdown, guess even a 10% chance at some solid SC2 info was worth it in my book.

lol, why would blizzard collect emails to a gmail account? This is the biggest GG april fools joke ever. PPl (myself included) just got trolled so hard.
