    Dragoon dude with 3000 years on his merit, teams up with Raynor after having been released from stasis. Kills cerebrate and cures Stukov, or something like that, i never played SC64.

    they could ressurect tassadar for his selfless actions, then, in doing so accidently revive fenix because their spirits were hanging out together.
